Ana Kordzaia-Samadashvili (Tbilisi, 1968) is a writer, critic and literary translator from German into Georgian. Between 2003 and 2011 she published a novel and two collections of short stories. Her stories have been included in collections of short stories by various writers. Ana Kordzaia-Samadashvili has translated work by writers such as Elfriede Jelinek and Reinald Goetz.
Her awards include:
- translation prize of the Goethe Institute for Best Translation (1999: Elfriede Jelinek, Die Liebhaberinnen)
- SABA Literary prize for Best Debut (2003)
- ‘Parnasus’ prize for Bestseller of the Year (2005)
ანა კორძაია–სამადაშვილი (თბილისი, 1968 წ.) არის მწერალი, კრიტიკოსი და გერმანული ლიტერატურის მთარგმნელი. 2003–დან 2011 წლამდე გამოქვეყნებული აქვს ერთი რომანი და მოთხრობათა ორი კრებული. მისი მოთხრობები ასევე შესულია სხვადასხვა ანთოლოგიებში. ქართულად ნათარგმნი აქვს ელფრიდე იელინეკის, რაინალდ გეცის და სხვათა ნაწარმოებები.
მოპოვებული აქვს ჯილდოები:
– გოეთეს ინსტიტუტის პრემია საუკეთესო თარგმანისთვის (1999 წ., ელფრიდე იელინეკის „საყვარლები“)
– ლიტერატურული პრემია „საბა“ საუკეთესო დებიუტისთვის (2003 წ.)
